GUSTO bar and restaurant is inspired by the Latin and Italian meaning of "taste and enjoyment". GUSTO embodies refinement and elegance taking its inspiration from classic 1950's  American Italian restaurants in a contemporary setting . Stand-out starters include the seared marinated beef carpaccio and baked taleggio cheese with bread and cranberry salsa.  Main courses retain the Tuscan influence with a diverse range of Salad, Pastas and Pizza dishes. There's also an extensive range of meat dishes and seafood including the 18-oz t-bone Florentine, Veal cutlets, lobster, seabass and red-mullet.
