1) Vouchers can be used as payment or part payment against new direct bookings only and cannot be used against bookings made online or through a Travel Agent.

2) Vouchers cannot be used against group bookings, where a group is classed as a booking of five (5) or more Holiday Homes.

3) Terms and Conditions of Haven current brochures and online apply.

4) Vouchers are non-refundable and no change will be given.

5) In the event of cancellation a transfer note may be offered according to Havens current brochure and online Terms and Conditions.

6) Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts or offers.

7) Haven Holidays cannot accept responsibility for any vouchers not received or lost. Please keep a note of the voucher number and send recorded delivery.

8) Damaged or partial vouchers will not be accepted.

9) Vouchers cannot be used against any purchases made on-Park.

10) Vouchers must be sent within three (3) working days of the booking being made to: Haven Customer Care
