When can I send in my remittance?
As often as you require, we remit every day so you do not have to wait to remit your vouchers.
How many denominations of vouchers are there?
There are 4 denominations; £2, £5, £10 and £20.
What security features should my staff look for?
The vouchers are printed on diamond watermarked paper and feel similar to currency. There is a hologram over the counterfoil which the words ‘valid’ and ‘ok’ are reflected. The voucher should be complete when presented, with the counterfoil attached.
Can I write on the voucher?
No, please do not write on, deface or damage the voucher in anyway.
Should I keep the counterfoil?
Yes, please retain the counterfoil in case of discrepancies.
What happens if my vouchers get lost between my shop and Sodexho Pass?
By retaining the counterfoil, we will still be able to redeem the voucher.
Does the voucher have an expiry date?
Yes, the voucher has a three year validity period and the expiry date is printed on the back of the voucher.
