It’s important to us that you receive your SayShopping vouchers securely and quickly, that’s why:

Orders up to £50 are sent by 1^st class Royal Mail.
Orders up to £500 are sent by Special Delivery.
Orders over £500 are sent by courier.

All orders placed before 11.00am, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 am will be despatched on the next working day.

Exchange your £20 vouchers

We discovered in early October that there are some counterfeit £20 SayShopping vouchers in circulation. As a result of this, we have decided to withdraw the £20 denomination until further notice. We would be happy to exchange any £20 vouchers you have for £10 vouchers. Simply complete this form and post your vouchers to us at the Freepost address. Don’t forget to keep the counterfoils as proof of postage.
