How to book and redeem your SayShopping Vouchers
Terms and Conditions
- SayShopping vouchers can only be applied to bookings made at least 21 days prior to departure
- SayShopping vouchers can only be used for bookings made online or by phone, vouchers can not be used for bookings made via Travel Agents
- SayShopping vouchers can be redeemed as part payment toward a booking, a minimum voucher of £5 to a maximum of £500 in vouchers can be used per booking
- No refund will be given if your vouchers face value exceeds the total cost of your holiday booked
- SayShopping vouchers must not be defaced, folded or stapled, Cosmos Holidays retains the right to refuse to accept vouchers which are damaged in anyway
- If your booking is 12 weeks or longer before departure – you will be required to pay a deposit per person, Cosmos will apply the voucher (s) face value to your booking on receipt and issue a new holiday invoice for your final payment
- If your booking is within 12 weeks of departure – you will be required to pay for your booking in full, Cosmos Holidays will refund the face vale of the vouchers to the lead passenger. If payment was by credit card we will refund to the same card, if payment was by cheque we will refund by cheque, and if paymenent was by a combination of cheque and credit card we will refund in the same manner. We will issue the fund of your vouchers within 14 days of receipt of the vouchers at our offices.
- SayShopping vouchers can not be combined with any other voucher and are valid for all discounts and offers available on our website
- Check whether your holiday insurance covers the loss of the value of your SayShopping vouchers, should you have to cancel Cosmos Holidays will not refund the SayShopping portion of holiday value
